Our bid proposal will be accurate, will clearly define the scope of the project, and will itemize all practical options with reasonable cost allowances. We often include scale drawings for precision and clarity, and will provide a job timeline that will give you an idea of the scope of the project. Our contract is fair and complete.


As a small business owner, I have the capability to closely control your remodeling worksite, and the quality of work done. In fact, I do as much of the work myself, as I feel capable of handling responsibly. As our business has grown, I’ve enlisted the help of excellent Affiliates and Vendors in the Salt Lake City area. I inspect and assist their work continuously for quality and accuracy, and you the homeowner may feel assured that our expectations of highest quality are being delivered, with full attention to one job at a time.

I have an active Contractor’s License with the State of
Utah, and carry business liability insurance well above the minimum required. Each of my Affiliates is licensed by the State of Utah and insured. I also have a SaltLakeCounty business license.

Upon request, references will be gladly furnished from previous satisfied customers of kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, custom door installation, custom window installation, and skylight installations in the Salt Lake City area. Also upon request, lien waivers from Affiliates and Vendors will be furnished. Credit references are also available from our major Suppliers.

07-23-09 Earnings Report  Whirlpool Corp., whose brands include Maytag and KitchenAid, reported a significant drop in second quarter consumer demand as revenue dropped 18 percent. Second quarter profit dropped 33 percent, though results were better than analysts expected, and the company brightened its full-year forecast.

  • JCPenney Gets Into the Remodeling Game

    Since 2012, not a year has passed that JCPenney didn’t close more stores than it opened due to falling revenue. Sales last year were down 30 percent from where they were in 2011, according to Fortune. But the department store has a plan to recapture at least some of that lost revenue: home remodeling. 

    “With the resurgence of the housing market, consumers are spending more than $300 billion annually to upgrade their homes since nearly two-thirds of the nation’s homes are over 30 years old,” said Marvin Ellison, chairman and CEO of JCPenney, in a release.
